Knitting and crocheting have long been part of my life. It all started with my grandma, who showed me first knitting techniques. At that time, of course, no great projects were created, but mostly squares in garter stitch. But as with everything you do regularly, you learn a little bit with every project. And the more demanding my projects became, the more I enjoyed my hobby.
Some time ago I dared to create my first own design: the Leaf Top. It was created from the beautiful leaf stitch that I had discovered by chance during one of my mum’s knitting afternoons in an old knitting pattern book. The design was so well received that I decided to write my very first knitting pattern and make it available here.
